Teacher Induction Program Application

• Candidates must have a valid California Preliminary Teaching Credential in the authorization indicated on the application.
• Submission of VOE:
  • Verification of a full time teaching position from your immediate supervisor and/or principal or HR department, as indicated below.
    • A full time teaching position in any of the following:
      • a general education multiple subjects classroom in which you are the teacher of record.
      • a general education single subject classroom in which you are the teacher of record.
      • an inclusive classroom in which you are the teacher of record for students with Mild to Moderate disabilities
      • an SDC classroom for students with Mild to Moderate disabilities
      • an RSP position serving students with Mild to Moderate disabilities
      • an inclusive classroom in which you are the teacher of record for students with Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Severe disabilities, in the category of ECSE
      • an SDC classroom for students with Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Severe disabilities, in the category of  ECSE
      • an ECSE early intervention program  
      • an RSP position serving students with Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Severe disabilities, in the category of ECSE
• Submission of RICA exam scores (if applicable)
  • Only passing exam scores will be accepted

What to include on the VOE

• Verification of applicant’s continued employment for the year they will be in the program
• Applicant’s position/title for current year
• Applicant name
• Date
• District/school letterhead
• Signed by the Principal, Site Administrator, or HR Rep
