Course Description

Professional Learning leaders promote a culture in which staff engage in individual and collective professional learning that results in their continuous improvement and high performance. Participants will learn to develop trust, lead the change process, engage in reflective practice, and develop, monitor and evaluation professional development.

Course Selection Instructions

  1. Identify Your Enrollment Cohort (the term you started your program): 
    1. Fall
    2. Spring
    3. Summer
  2. Choose Courses Based on Your Cohort:
    1. Fall: Enroll in courses with section numbers ending in 100 (e.g., EDA 631-100).
    2. Spring: Enroll in courses with section numbers ending in 200 (e.g., EDA 631-200).
    3. Summer: Enroll in courses with section numbers ending in 300 (e.g., EDA 631-300).
  3. Avoid Mixing Terms: Enroll only in sections that match your enrollment cohort, even if multiple options are available. Example: A student who starts their program in the Fall should select a course such as "EDA 634 - 100," where "100" indicates it’s offered for the Fall cohort. If multiple sections are available, they may also consider "EDA 634 - 101" or "EDA 634 - 102," which are sequential offerings of the same course.
