TC300-MMSN - Education Specialist Bridge Authorization Program

Course Description

This bridge authorization course is designed for those teachers with clear education specialist credential issued prior to July 01, 2022. The CTC issued the new credential standards which added several new disability categories to both the Extensive Support Needs and the Mild to Moderate Support Needs credentials. In order for the prior credentialed candidates to bridge the new standards with their current clear credential, they must have a like credential. What that means is a candidate who holds a moderate to severe clear credential can only take the ESN bridge course to make sure they meet with the new ESN credential requirements.

Candidates who wish to use the bridge courses to get their new credential, must have a clear credential that was issued prior to the new standards went into effect in July 2022.
