Spring Cohort EDA 635 Facilitating Teacher Growth

Aspiring leaders will learn to facilitate teacher growth through coaching, evaluating and providing feedback to teachers to
improve instructional practices that promote equity/social justice in the classroom. Aspiring leaders will understand and
distinguish between coaching and evaluation. Aspiring leaders will learn to facilitation, consultation and mediation/problem
solving skills.
