Education Specialist Bridge Authorization Program

We can help current Special Education Teachers update to the new CTC standards, with our Education Specialist Bridge Authorization program. Conducted completely online, via an asynchronous model, teachers can bridge the gap between their old special education credentials and the new special education credentials. The new credentials will allow them to teach a wider category of needs. 

 
Submission requirements include the following: 
  • Verification of employment or self declaration statement indicating not employed in education
  • Teaching experience must be verified via a VOE letter signed and dated by the school district applicant taught for.
    • A full time teaching position[1] in either
      • Inclusive classroom in which you are the teacher of record for students with Moderate to Severe disabilities, Mild to Moderate disabilities or in ECSE
      • An SDC classroom for students with Moderate to Severe disabilities, Mild to Moderate disabilities or in ECSE
      • An RSP position serving students with Moderate to Severe disabilities, Mild to Moderate disabilities or in the category of ECSE
  • Copy of Clear Credential
 

[1] Teaching position must be verified with a verification of employment (VOE), and/or Contract from your HR department and must be signed and dated by district representative
